Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
All orders are fulfilled from Queensland, Australia. They are shipped with a tracking number and confirmed via email or sms.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated delivery times (Covid -19 may impact these estimated delivery times)
Delivery to AU & NZ - 4-6 business days.
Delivery to the US - 5-12 business days.
Delivery to the EU - 7-14 business days.
Rest of the world - up to 4 weeks.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and remain beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
ACUSTRIKER is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
ACUSTRIKER is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship internationally - when in the checkout process please nominate region of choice.
Refund, Return, and/or Cancellation.
Orders placed are considered legitimate.
If faulty or incorrect goods are received you must notify ACUSTRIKER of the fault within 14 days of receiving the items for a credit or exchange to be considered.
Only orders made directly through our company can be returned. If you have purchased a product through a retailer, please contact them to organise a return.
You must provide photographic proof of damage due to shipping and "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, or email confirmation from ACUSTRIKER.
To be eligible for a return the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We will not refund items due to typical wear and tear, change of mind, courier delays.
Do not return the items unless you are instructed by ACUSTRIKER to do so.
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once items are returned we will assess and consider replacement.

Copy of invoice details with your return.
Breakages during use
Individual sight loop breakages can occur (although shouldn't) if you are distracted and mis-hit the loop with your club in hand. Should this occur replacement parts are available. Shipping fees apply.
